Different Units Of Our Business
1. Manufacturing Unit
The majority of the delivered goods are produced and chosen at our own facilities. Manufacturing is the foundation of all products, and since we take it very seriously, we like to refer to it as a separate business because it requires everything from the ground up, including personnel, raw materials, processes, and other things. Therefore, a product’s manufacturing determines its future.
We have 3 Manufacturing Facilities available with us
Soya Solvent Unit: A Soya solvent extraction plant of capacity 350 tons under which we manufacture all types of de-oiled cake 42,46,48,50 Protein guarantee material, available in both toasted & untoasted material is registered under GunaAgro.
Soya Oil Refinery Unit: We have constructed a new 100-ton refinery to refine the crude oil that is extracted from the solvent unit.
Sortex Plant: We sort premium wheat, coriander, and urad (black gramme) in our 100 tons Sortex Plant of the Satake Company in order to maintain materials of the same grade, color, and size.
Our Upcoming Manufacturing Project
Channa Dal & Besan: We have built a high-tech manufacturing facility in Germany that will be the first of its kind in the country since we use the greatest equipment to produce the best products. The entire setup was carried out with the assistance of renowned consultant MK Gupta.
2. Trading Business: – National and International
The commerce also continues within our nation. We want to make international as successful as we can give that it is still extremely new and young.
National: We Trade all the commodities which are in product list in every part of country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari as per the Demand of Customer / Supplier
International: We have strong presence in our Neighboring Countries Like Nepal, Bangladesh etc. and also setting towards Middle East etc.
3. Warehousing & Logistics
Warehouses are modern storage facilities designed specifically to safeguard the amount and quality of goods kept within. We have 50000 Mt warehousing facilities with us which we use to keep the material for client and primary consumption in order to procure and store the right product and at the time when it is needed. Importance of warehousing for us include:
Source of financing, our warehouses provide for the financial requirements of the product holder. Up to 80% of the value of the warehouse receipt issued for the kept goods is used as security by nationalized banks to advance credit.
